SCHOLARSHIPS

Trojans Pop Warner provides scholarship funds to families within our playing area, who would not be able to participate without financial assistance. Scholarship assistance focuses on providing the opportunity for young boys and girls to participate in football and cheer for the physical, mental, and leadership opportunities they bring. Scholarship assistance is dependent upon Trojans Pop Warner Football and Cheer’s available funds, however, we have been able to sponsor a number of children every year since our inception. Scholarships are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants who meet the requirements as defined and discussed through the Trojan Pop Warner Board. A $50 application fee is required at time of registration.

The following requirements for eligibility apply to all applicants:

• Applicant must be 12 years or younger and in school.

• Applicant must commit to attend 80% of scheduled practices and games.

• Applicant parent must participate in 3 or more volunteer opportunities during the season.

• Application must be completed by a parent, guardian, or head of household, with ALL requested information provided.
